The Sales Executive is responsible for seeking and finding business opportunities that match ImagiCorps’ capabilities. Offer products and services that monetize the products and services to those prospective customers and business leads. This executive is responsible for revenue generation across all ImagiCorps’ sales channels.

We are looking for an accountable, self-starter who can build business by identifying and selling prospects while maintaining a relationship with clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing available data to investigate sales leads, convert leads into opportunities to sell our products and services.
  • Provide a clear, concise pathway for clients to meet their business and brand objectives using our services.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, negotiate/close deals, and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaboration with Project Managers and Design team to facilitate accurate project estimates.
  • Create thorough and professional Statements of Work for the projects, as the final step in the sales process before closure.
  • Act as ImagiCorps’ ambassador of experiential marketing and assure the client of the highest possible level of quality and service, with prompt, reliable and courteous delivery and/or fulfillment.
  • Maintain awareness of current trends in the industry and utilize that knowledge to develop new programs, projects and products which will increase our client base, and increase revenue. Expand the range of services and products offered to new and existing clients. Attend trade shows and industry events as required and join relevant affiliations.
  • Identify and monitor the competition and identify potential clients. Uncover and call upon new accounts every month to increase the gross dollar value of projects sold, quarter over quarter, and year over year.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client contacts in our CRM HUBSPOT. (Conversation Diary, Memos, Letters, etc.). Generate weekly progress reports and review them with the President to demonstrate sales performance to budget. Publish sales reports concerning sales activities as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with in-house marketing team in support of sales initiatives and opportunities.
  • Act in a professional manner by setting the example in dress, demeanor, and attitude. Complete time sheets daily.
  • Travel as required in support of sales activity locally as appropriate for our markets served.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Must have excellent client focus, communication, and Interpersonal effectiveness.

Minimum Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors in sales, marketing, business administration or related field.
  • 7+ years’ experience in Marketing and/or Sales in display products/exhibit/promotion/retail industry.
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of wide format digital printing and its use in Architecture and Displays and Events.

SKILLS

  • Demonstrated sales success and ability in relevant industries selling comparative products and services.
  • Type 40+ WMP and computer knowledge of MS Products, Word, PowerPoint Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to respond appropriately to constant change in priorities and services as dictated by the Vice President in the service of the client.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills with a track record of successful relationship building. Along with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A great sense of self-motivation, ambition, and determination.

ABILITIES

  • Adapt and adjust to changing priorities and changing sense of urgency. Able to demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Follow through on commitments, and consistency in our sales and marketing efforts.
  • Able to read blueprints and sketch ideas extemporaneously.
  • High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection well.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Communicate and express ideas and exchange accurate information.
  • Move about a manufacturing environment and meet with other people.
